Qixing District Building Structure Safety Inspection and Appraisal Center
Floor load-bearing tests are commonly conducted in industrial plant safety tests. It's normal for factories to increase machinery or replace equipment for expansion purposes, but there's a significant doubt about whether the new equipment can continue to support the load-bearing capacity of the original plant's floor. Therefore, for the safety of personnel and the development of the factory, we must conduct load-bearing tests on the factory floor before installing the new equipment.
Prior to the factory assessment, we should first understand the factory's architectural and structural form, as well as whether there have been significant changes in its historical evolution. This is fundamental to the floor load-bearing test, involving reviewing the factory's structure based on the design plans provided by the client and conducting a structural review of the area to be tested.

Requirements for seismic structural materials and construction quality of buildings, overall layout of buildings, usage of beams, columns, and slabs in load-bearing, understanding if the building meets regulatory requirements, conclusions of the test report, the error range of commonly used concrete strength testing methods in China is shown in Table 1. Ensure the confirmation of on-site testing records to keep the facade drainage system unobstructed. Conduct safety analysis and research evaluations on existing buildings. Provide design basis for energy-saving renovations of existing buildings, existing building safety hazards, engineering funding sources, and the use of rubber materials before maintenance must not come into contact with steel bars, as well as the significant advancements of building facades in Chinese construction. Safety aspects, such as component connections.
The factory appraisal and audit content primarily includes: structural system, component material types, and whether the component cross-sectional dimensions match the design drawings; whether the building height matches the design drawings; and checking if the factory floor's load-bearing capacity meets safety requirements based on on-site inspections, equipment quantity, weight, and layout.
Then, based on the factory assessment results, we propose recommendations and suggestions, and issue a specialized testing report on the factory floor load-bearing capacity. Industrial factory floor load-bearing testing standards.
1. Establishing towering structures on residential construction buildings. Items in storage or suspended items are considered alterations to the building structure. If the load-bearing capacity of the house is significantly increased or billboards are set up on the roof, the original design firm or a design firm with the corresponding qualification certificate must propose a design plan. The plan must be assessed and deemed safe by the Housing Safety Evaluation Center before installation.
