Particularly, some under construction buildings have sustained internal damage due to various influences. Therefore, it is very necessary to conduct safety assessments on buildings. Structural inspection involves sampling and testing on-site, comparing the obtained data with relevant standards to evaluate quality and performance. Utilizing structural inspection methods for building safety assessments can accurately evaluate the quality, safety, and durability of buildings.

(1) Types of Inspections
Generally, the process of on-site structural inspections is typically divided into two parts: premium inspections and standard inspections. Regardless of which part is being inspected, the inspectors must first examine the components that affect the structural safety of the building. Only after these components pass inspection can the next phase of the inspection process begin. Any non-compliant areas should be reported to the quality supervision department for appropriate action.

During the on-site structural inspection process, the construction company should actively cooperate with the monitoring department and prepare for the relevant work in advance.
Section 3: Selection of Sites and Inspection
During on-site structural inspections, the selection of monitored points should be conducted randomly. To ensure the fairness of the inspection, the pilot should be jointly drawn by the construction structure, supervision, and inspection agencies. After the timing and pilot points are determined, the construction unit should promptly notify the design department, specifying the components and structures to be inspected. Additionally, if the project requires a re-inspection, the selection of pilot points should involve participation from the construction, supervision, inspection, and construction design units.
