Construction Process:
① Ground Treatment: Perform sanding, repairs, and dust removal based on the ground condition.
② Epoxy Primer: Coated with a highly penetrative and adhesive epoxy primer to enhance surface adhesion.
③ Epoxy Putty Layer: To be applied in multiple coats as needed, with the requirement being a smooth, hole-free finish, free of trowel marks and sanding lines.
④ Epoxy Finish Paint: Apply two coats of solvent-based epoxy or non-slip epoxy roll coating, resulting in a smooth, clean, and uniformly colored surface with no hollow spots.
⑤ Completion of Construction: 24 hours before occupancy, 72 hours before re-loading. (At 25°C, for lower temperatures, the opening time should be appropriately extended.)
