Construction Process:
① Ground Treatment: Perform sanding, repairs, and dust removal based on the ground condition.
② Epoxy Primer: Applied with a highly penetrative and adhesive epoxy primer, one coat to enhance surface adhesion.
③ Epoxy Putty Layer: To be applied in multiple coats as needed, ensuring a smooth, hole-free finish without any trowel marks or sanding marks.
④ Epoxy Finish Paint: Two coats of solvent-based epoxy or non-slip epoxy rolled on, resulting in a glossy, clean surface with uniform color and no hollow spots.
⑤ Completion of Construction: 24 hours before occupation, 72 hours before re-loading. (At 25℃ as reference, the opening time under low temperature should be appropriately extended.)
