Construction Process:
① Ground Treatment: Perform sanding, repairs, and dust removal based on the ground condition.
② Epoxy Primer: Apply one coat of highly penetrating and adhesive epoxy primer to enhance surface adhesion.
③ Epoxy Putty Layer: Apply in several coats as required, ensuring a smooth surface free of holes, void of spatula marks, and sanding lines.
④ Epoxy Topcoat: Apply two coats of solvent-based epoxy or non-slip epoxy, resulting in a smooth, clean, and uniform surface with no hollow spots upon completion.
⑤ Completion of Construction: 24 hours before occupancy, 72 hours before heavy load. (Based on 25°C, the opening time at lower temperatures should be appropriately extended.)
