1. Base Preparation: Excavators and bulldozers are used to remove grass, topsoil, trees, and roots to the extent of the construction scale. Particularly, backfill soil and humus soil must be completely removed by excavators to ensure the compactness of the subgrade soil.
2. Roadbed Excavation Construction Plan: The roadbed excavation will primarily employ the segmented longitudinal excavation method, with the layered longitudinal excavation method as a supplementary approach. Excavators will be used for digging and loading, while dump cars will transport the materials. For this contract section, bulldozers will be utilized for soil transportation, and for long-distance transport, excavators will be used for digging and loading, with dump cars handling the transportation.
3. Subgrade Filling Construction Plan: The subgrade filling will be carried out in sections, with loaders or excavators for loading materials, dump trucks for transporting, bulldozers for spreading, graders for leveling, and compactors for rolling. Density will be measured using nuclear density meters (units: g/cm³ or kg/m³) to ensure compaction.
4. Subgrade construction plan for graded crushed stone: using stable soil mixing station for mixing, dump cars for transportation, grader for leveling, initial compaction with a 15T roller, and compaction with a vibratory roller.
5. Construction Plan for Stable Stone Aggregate Layer (Material: powdered hydraulic inorganic cementitious material): Using stable soil mixing station for mixing, dump trucks for transportation, stable soil spreader for laying, initial rolling with a 15T roller, and compaction with a vibratory roller.
6. Concrete (Material: powdered hydraulic inorganic cementitious binder) Surface Layer Construction Plan: Mixed at a concrete batching plant, transported by concrete trucks, manually spread, vibrated with insertion vibrators, flat vibrators, and oscillating beams. Vacuum water extraction technology is used, followed by mechanical smoothing and engraving, as well as cutting joints.
