All components, including the reducer, transmission, and external gear, as well as the hydraulic oil, are lubricated according to the specifications in the lubrication schedule.


2. Braking systems of all institutions should be regularly inspected and adjusted to ensure the proper clearance between brake shoes and brake drums for flexibility and reliability. No debris should be present on the friction surfaces; if any, it must be cleaned off with gasoline or a solvent.


Regularly inspect the connections of all parts of the hydraulic lift. If loose, tighten them. Check the tightness of the body connecting bolts when the body is under pressure. All connecting shafts must have a cotter pin, and it should be fully extended.


4. Ensure to inspect for any broken wires or loose strands in the steel cables. If they exceed the specified limits, they must be immediately replaced. The maintenance and care of the steel cables should be strictly adhered to the GB5144-85 regulations.


5. When installing, dismantling, and adjusting the swivel mechanism, ensure that the centerline of the reducer in the swivel mechanism is parallel to the gear centerline, with at least 70% of the meshing surface, and the meshing clearance is appropriate.


Regularly inspect the operation of all units for proper functioning and any noise; in case of malfunctions, they must be addressed promptly.


7. In case of overheating in the hydraulic lift motor, it is crucial to stop immediately and resolve the issue before resuming operation. Ensure proper lubrication of the motor bearings.


Regularly inspect all wires and cables for damage. Promptly wrap and replace any damaged sections.


9. Keep all control boxes, distribution boxes, and other electrical equipment clean, and promptly sweep away dust from the devices.


All brush parts should maintain a clean contact surface, and adjust the brush pressure to ensure the contact area is not less than 50%.


11. The contact points of the travel switches for all safety devices must be reliable, and the arc pits should be timely polished.
