V-Groove Roller Guide Rails - Ring Guide Rails
As labor costs rise, an increasing number of factories are undergoing automation transformations, connecting multiple workstations through circular conveyors. Standard circular conveyors, with large motion gaps and insufficient rigidity and positioning accuracy, are no longer meeting the precision automation needs of factories. Our circular motion system, a guide rail circular motion system, effectively meets the factory's precision automation requirements and can be used as circular conveyors, production lines, and assembly lines: 1. High rigidity and positioning: In the circular motion system, the slide is rolled on parallel V-shaped guide rail surfaces using two V-shaped roller wheels on each side; the five degrees of freedom of the slide are restricted, allowing only movement along the track; this enables precise positioning. By adjusting the eccentricity of the two eccentric roller wheels, the required preload can be achieved, and the entire system exhibits good rigidity. Once the slide reaches the predetermined position, additional locking devices or auxiliary load-bearing devices can be selected for additional force. 2. High positioning accuracy: Through grinding the V-shaped guide rail surfaces of the roller, high positioning accuracy is achieved. Generally, repeat positioning accuracy can reach 0.1 - 0.2mm; with the addition of auxiliary slide locking devices, accuracy can reach +/- 0.05mm. The high positioning accuracy allows for machining or assembly operations on the workpieces on the slide once it reaches the predetermined position. 3. Good resistance to contamination: By scraping the V-shaped guide rail surfaces with V-shaped roller wheels, the cleanliness of the guide rail surfaces is maintained. Compared to similar ball screw circular motion systems, it has excellent dust resistance; suitable for outdoor applications such as large-diameter rotating cutting, inspection, spraying, welding, and non-destructive testing of pipelines. Ball screw circular motion systems, due to their circular motion, cannot be equipped with protective covers, making it easy for contaminants to enter the slide interior. 4. High operating speed: The circular motion system DTS2 achieves a linear speed of 3m/s, significantly improving production efficiency. This 3m/s linear speed is achieved through exquisite engineering design: multiple slides are connected with synchronous belts, which move along the center of the guide rail. This way, when the slides pass through the connection points of the straight and circular guide rails, there is no need for acceleration or deceleration, resulting in high speed and low noise characteristics.
