Plastic security filters feature the following characteristics:
1. Our plastic filters are made of pure PP/UPVC material, featuring one-time molding and standardized production for easy replacement and maintenance.
2. Plastic filter in/out water ports with 1.5” or 2” diameter connectors, visually appealing and neat.
3. Plastic filter fabric water uses external and internal pressure water distribution, with a low impact resistance on the filter core; equipped with an exhaust valve at the top, making it easy to empty the hollow of the filter.
4. The bottom system of the filter and the top core positioning clamp plate both feature a monolithic design, making the installation and clamping of the filter core easy and preventing internal leakage.
5. Standard filter cover and body are connected with a wide-threaded seal, ensuring optimal sealing performance of the filter while also providing ease and speed for the replacement of filter elements. Plastic filters also feature a lugged screw flange seal, allowing the filter to withstand higher pressure.
6. The filters are molded from UPVC/PP material, featuring excellent corrosion resistance. They are suitable for chemical industries where stainless steel cannot be used, thereby highlighting their economic and practical value.
