Since the 1970s, lasers have been used for cutting. In modern industrial production, laser cutting is widely applied in sheet metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, semiconductors, and the processing of textiles, wood, and paper materials. What are the precautions to take before cutting?

Position workpiece.

2. Parameters correspond to board thickness (focus, copper nozzle accuracy, air pressure normalcy).

3. Is the sorting accurate, and is the blade line placement reasonable?

4. Far-point alignment of workpieces.

5. Is the edge within the board's range?

6. Mark coordinates.

6mm and below - approximately 3mm, 6-12mm - approximately 3-4mm, workpiece spacing of 5-6mm (should be greater than the knife line), the diameter of the hole during cutting should be larger than the thickness of the sheet.

Calibrate

The point cutting head (Z-axis) is 1mm away from the workpiece.

Select F1 calibration on the control panel.

3. Select 2 floating head calibration.

4. Click Confirm (ENT).

5. Wait for calibration to complete, then click "OK" (ENT).

Qualities must be excellent or good; otherwise, reclassification is required.

Under what circumstances is calibration required:

When replacing copper nozzles or ceramic restrictors.

2. Follow-up is unstable, with tremors.

3. The capacitance of the main body increases or decreases.

Maintain and service

Exercise extra caution when operating machinery; protective goggles must be worn.

Ensure normal power-on and power-off procedures (check if the power-on step increment of 0.01 is normal, lubrication, and return to origin point).

Regularly inspect for any damage to the copper nozzle and ceramic flow control ring.

4. Regularly inspect the oil reservoir; add oil if necessary (46-grade oil).

5. Regular cleaning of the water tank isolation net.

Reservoir filter cores are to be replaced regularly.

Water should be changed every 2-3 months (pure water).

Water tank pipe connection: Out → In, In → Out.

6. Regularly check the tension of the limit stop blocks.

7. Regularly clean the fan controls.
