Hydraulic systems for medium and high-pressure construction equipment, imported machinery, and vehicles. Such as CNC machine tools, tunnel boring machines, crawler cranes, hydraulic backhoe excavators, and coal mining machines.

2. In addition to being suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems for various hydraulic pumps, it can also be used for lubrication of industrial gears with moderate loads (except for worm gears and hyperbolic gears). The application temperature range is -10°C.The product is highly adaptable to nitrile rubber at -40°C.

3. The anti-wear hydraulic oil is primarily used in hydraulic systems for impeller pumps, plunger pumps, and gear pumps under heavy loads, medium pressure, and high pressure, such as the JMYB-D25 impeller pump, PF15 plunger pump, CBN-E306 gear pump, and YB-E80/40 tandem pump.

Quality Requirements

Excellent antioxidant stability, hydrolytic stability, and thermal stability to resist the effects or actions of factors such as air, moisture, high temperature, and high pressure, making it less prone to aging and deterioration, thus extending its service life.

2. Excellent anti-emulsifying properties, capable of quickly separating water mixed with oil to prevent the formation of emulsions, thereby avoiding metal corrosion in the hydraulic system and reducing its performance.

3. Excellent anti-foaming properties and air release values ensure that foam generated during intensive mechanical stirring is rapidly dispersed; it also releases air mixed with oil in a short period, achieving accurate, sensitive, and stable transmission of static pressure.

4. Excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance ensures normal lubrication of friction pairs in oil pumps, hydraulic motors, control valves, and cylinders under high-pressure, high-speed, and stringent conditions, thereby reducing wear.

5. Excellent rust prevention to prevent corrosion of the metal surface.

6. Appropriate viscosity and excellent viscosity-temperature properties to ensure that hydraulic components receive proper lubrication, cooling, and sealing under varying working pressures and temperatures.
