Gold Separation Shaking Table - Gold Panning Shaking Table. The 6S Shaking Table comes in two types based on the ore feeding area: right-hand shaking table and left-hand shaking table. The ore feeding position for the right-hand shaking table is on the right side of the shaking mechanism, while for the left-hand shaking table, it is on the left side.
Gold Separating Shaking Tables, the 6S shaking table is one of the main gravity separation equipment in gold ore separating sand, widely used in separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other rare and precious metal ores, as well as coal. It can be used for rough separation, concentration, and scavenging in different operations, separating coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), and mineral mud (-0.074mm) in different particle sizes. It can also be used for separating iron, manganese ores, and coal. When processing tungsten, tin ores, the effective recovery particle size range of the shaking table is 2-0.22mm.

Shaking table gold separation equipment, the beneficiation process of a 6S shaking table is conducted on an inclined bed surface with corrugations. The mineral particle group is fed into the bed from the ore feed trough at the top corner, while a horizontal flushing water is supplied by the water supply trough. Under the influence of gravity, the force of the horizontal water flow, the reciprocating and asymmetric motion of the bed surface generating inertia, and the frictional force, the mineral particles are separated according to their specific gravity and particle size, and move longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. Consequently, particles of different specific gravity and particle size gradually flow down in a fan shape from the A side to the B side, respectively discharged from different sections at the concentrate end and tailings side, and are then divided into concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
