Manufacturing Methods of Special Steel Grating: Special steel gratings are made in two ways: machine welding and handcrafted. Machine welding utilizes a ton hydraulic resistance welding automated press welding machine. The robotic arm automatically places the crossbars on evenly arranged flat steel, then, through the powerful electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, the crossbars are pressed and welded into the flat steel, resulting in a high-quality finished product with strong weld points, stability, and strength.
