Introduction to Hot-Dip Galvanized Grating Plates

Hot-dip galvanized grating panels are made by arranging load-bearing flat steel and crossbars at a certain spacing, welding them into a base plate on a high-pressure resistance welding machine, and then undergoing deep processing such as cutting, notching, punching, and edging to meet the finished product requirements of the customer. 2. According to the manufacturing process, hot-dip galvanized steel grating panels are divided into pressure-welded hot-dip galvanized and pressure-locked hot-dip galvanized steel gratings.

Hot-dip galvanized flat steel gratings are categorized by their surface shapes into types such as toothed, flat, I-shaped, and composite hot-dip galvanized steel gratings.

Galvanized symbol denoted by letter "G" can be omitted in the steel grating code. The specification for galvanizing is: GB/T 13912-2008
