1. Machine pressure welding utilizes a high-voltage resistance welding machine. The robotic arm automatically places the crossbar horizontally on evenly arranged flat steel bars, then welds it into the flat steel using powerful welding power and hydraulic pressure, resulting in a high-quality steel grating with strong weld points, stability, and strength.

2. Handcrafted stainless steel grating is initially punched on flat steel, followed by inserting crossbars and spot-welding them into the holes. There will be gaps between the crossbars and flat steel, but each contact point can be welded, achieving an equivalent melting connection between the flat steel and the twisted steel, thus making the welding stronger. However, the appearance is not as aesthetically pleasing as that of pressure welding!
