Valve blocks are used in electro-hydraulic servo control systems, serving as a subsystem within one of the eight systems in the TRT unit.
The Electro-hydraulic Servo Control System, as a subsystem of the eight major systems in the TRT unit, is responsible for the opening, stopping, speed control, power control, furnace top pressure, and process detection of the TRT. To achieve the control functions of these systems, it ultimately reflects in the speed control of the turbine. Controlling the opening of the static blades is necessary, and the means to control the static blade opening is the electro-hydraulic position servo system. The accuracy and error of the control system directly affect the control of each stage in the TRT system. It is evident that this system holds a crucial position and plays a significant role in the TRT.
The system is composed of three major components: the hydraulic control unit, the servo cylinder, and the power oil station.
The hydraulic control unit consists of two sections: the speed control valve unit and the transparent blade control unit. Each section is composed of an electro-hydraulic servo valve, an electric solenoid valve, a quick-closing solenoid valve, an oil circuit block, and a base.
(2) The servo hydraulic cylinder features a dual-piston rod design, with minimal friction and excellent sealing performance.
(3) The power station is composed of an oil tank, variable oil pump, oil filter, cooler, pipeline valves, and sensors.
