In today's industrial production, the comfort and stability of the workshop environment are crucial for enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining employee health. The extreme heat during summer poses a significant challenge to the workshop working conditions, and the installation and application of a central air conditioning system have become the key solution to this issue.
Important considerations for installing central air conditioning in the summer workshop:
Equipment Selection and Layout
Selecting the Right Air Conditioning System: Choose a suitable central air conditioning system based on the workshop's area, height, equipment heat output, and requirements for temperature and humidity control.
Air Handling Unit Arrangement: The central air conditioning unit should be placed in the most ventilated area of the workshop, avoiding direct sunlight, and simultaneously, avoid vertical arrangement of the unit to prevent interference between upper and lower sections.
Installation Location: The outdoor unit should be installed at an appropriate distance from the workshop to minimize the length of the water supply pipe and enhance efficiency. Outdoor unit fan outletThere should be no obstacles within 50cm.
2. Pipeline Installation
Refrigerant Pipe: Nitrogen welding is required during copper pipe welding to prevent oxidation. After welding is complete, the pipe is cleaned with high-pressure nitrogen.
Condensate Drain Pipe: The condensate drain pipe should have a slope (at least 1%), ensuring smooth drainage of condensate.
Pipe Insulation: Copper pipes must be fully covered with insulation material, and joints must be sealed with special adhesive.
3. Air Inlet and Exhaust Design
Airflow Arrangement: Side supply air outlets should be installed along the shorter sides of the room to ensure the airflow reaches every corner of the workshop.
Ductwork: Preferably use duct connections for air outlets, avoiding the use of ceiling space for air return.
4. Installation Details
Indoor Unit Installation: The indoor unit should be horizontally suspended, with at least a 预留 distance from the ceiling.1 cm spacing to avoid resonance.
Punching Location: Avoid reinforcing bars within the beams and load-bearing walls when making holes. Ensure indoor holes are higher than outdoor holes to prevent water backflow.
External Machine Installation: The installation location of the external machine should have a floor drain, and the air outlet must not be blocked.
5. Testing and Acceptance
Pressure Retention Test: After installation, a pressure retention test must be conducted to ensure the system has good sealing.
Functional Inspection: Conduct temperature, airspeed, and noise level checks on each indoor unit to ensure proper operation.
6. Operations Management
Set Temperature: For the summer, it is recommended to set the workshop air conditioning temperature atAbove 26°C.
Ventilation and Air Exchange: In workshops with high personnel density, regular ventilation and air exchange should be conducted, every operationVentilation for 2-3 hours, with 20-30 minutes intervals.
These precautions ensure the efficient operation of the central air conditioning in the workshop during summer, while avoiding issues caused by improper installation.
