Product Introduction
Sterile homogenizer, also known as a paddle homogenizer, is widely used in homogenizing animal tissues, biological samples, and is applicable in food, pharmaceutical, clinical, molecular, toxin, and bacterial detection fields. It is particularly suitable for preparing samples for microbial testing. This device effectively separates microorganisms on the surface of solid samples and those contained within, with samples placed in disposable sterile homogenization bags during processing, ensuring no contact with the instrument. It features gentle homogenization, non-contaminated samples, no damage, no temperature rise, no need for sterilization, and no requirement for cleaning utensils, meeting the demands for rapid, accurate results, and good reproducibility. This product is also suitable for homogenizing tumor tissues (such as liver, colorectal, gastric, and breast cancer) to obtain a large number of single cells (up to 2*10^5 within 2 minutes). If necessary, by extending the homogenization time and increasing the speed, soft disruption of tissue cells (such as liver) can be achieved.
