Stepping motors cannot be directly connected to DC or AC power sources for operation; they require a drive power supply (stepping motor driver). The controller (pulse signal generator) can control the angular displacement by adjusting the number of pulses, achieving precise positioning. Additionally, by controlling the pulse frequency, the speed and acceleration of the motor can be regulated, thereby achieving variable speed control.

The main structure of the stepper motor driver mainly consists of the following parts:
Ring Distributor
Generate switch wave signal processing for the motor in different states according to the requirements of the input signal
Switching signal waveforms generated by the circular distributorPWMTuning and filtering the waveforms for shaping3Amplification and enhancement of voltage and current for switch signals to improve the main switch circuit
Directly control the motor's phase windings with power components
Protecting Circuitry
When the winding current exceeds a threshold, a shutdown signal is generated to disconnect the main circuit, thereby protecting the motor driver and motor windings.
Sensor
Real-time monitoring of the motor's position and angle, with the signal-generating device transmitting back data.
