The Guoheng intelligent fully automatic putty powder production line is a comprehensive intelligent automation equipment for putty powder production, integrating automatic batching, intelligent mixing, precise packaging, conveying, stacking, and loading, which has been successfully developed by our company after years of research and development.

The successful development of this type of equipment officially introduces the production of spackling powder to the green, dust-free, intelligent, and efficient industrial 3.0 era. The entire spackling powder production line covers an area of 200 square meters, has a height of 9 meters, and consumes approximately 100 kW of electricity.

Staffing (single shift): 2-3 people. Production capacity adjustable from 10 to 30 tons per hour. The complete set of equipment consists of four major parts: an efficient mixing production line, an automatic packaging line, an intelligent conveying line, and an automatic stacking line.

High level of automation:

Through the master control system, all raw materials (including additives) are automatically measured, conveyed, mixed, packaged, conveyed again, and stacked into formation. The entire production process involves no manual labor, significantly reducing labor costs.

The complete equipment is divided into two major dust removal methods: overall and spot. Spot dust removal and recovery are used in areas with high dust concentration, while overall dust removal and recovery are employed in other areas, ensuring a fully dust-free workshop.
