PERT II pipe products are structured in three layers.
The inner layer is made of PE-RTII pipe material, featuring excellent high-temperature and pressure resistance properties.
The intermediate layer is an insulating foam layer (polyurethane PU foam), which boasts excellent thermal insulation properties with a low thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.032 W/mK.
The outer layer is the protective sheath, typically made of HDDPE pipes. For above-ground and overhead installations, the protective sheath can also be made from other materials.

PE-RT II pipe material (PE-RT pipe) is made from a medium-density polyethylene (PE) matrix material, offering enhanced high-temperature resistance.
Thermal-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) pipes, also known as triple oxygen-blocking pipes, are the ideal choice for radiant heating applications.
The unique molecular structure of the non-crosslinked PE-RT heating pipe material results in high strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and outstanding crack resistance. The pipe material conforms to the DIN 4726 oxygen diffusion standard.
Excellent temperature resistance, suitable for use between -70℃ and 90℃.
Excellent thermal insulation performance with low thermal conductivity.
3. Extended lifespan, ensuring safe use for over 50 years.
4. Excellent chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. Good environmental performance, not recyclable.
5. Excellent recovery shape memory performance; vibration-resistant and shock-resistant; superior hydraulic characteristics.
