Lawns are now commonly enclosed by fences, whether in residential complexes, villas, or other areas. When considering fences, one must take into account the architectural aesthetics, the basic physical properties of the fence, and its cost. It's also essential to integrate the overall design with the ecological environment, ensuring that the fence's excellent performance after construction minimizes pollution to the natural environment, creating a comfortable and clean space for people. Today, let's introduce the features of lawn fences.
Before the installation of guardrails, the civil construction is typically completed, consisting of brick masonry or concrete poured foundations. The guardrails can then be secured using mechanical expansion bolts or chemical screws to firmly position the bottom plate of the upright steel lining at the center of the foundation base for straight-line distribution. If the foundation has not yet been formed, it is recommended to increase the length of the steel lining of the uprights and directly embed them in the foundation; or, after prefabricated embedded parts are laid on the surface of the foundation, weld the upright steel lining to the embedded parts using welding methods. The characteristic of these two methods is that the bolted connection is more secure, but attention must be given to the straightness and horizontal alignment during the pre-embedding.
The spacing of the steel linings for the pillars must match the dimensions at the time of design, ensuring that the semi-finished pre-assembled products can be fully connected. Ensure the straightness of the top and bottom ends after the installation of the lawn guardrails. The steel linings in both the horizontal and vertical directions of the guardrails must be installed and connected prior to shipment. All components at each support point must also be properly installed. During on-site construction, simply connect and secure the guardrail cross-lining to the pillars. Lawn guardrails will gradually become an essential part of our lives.
