The Automatic Unpacking Machine is an automated solution capable of automatically unpacking empty bags, unloading materials, and recycling. The early semi-automatic unpacking machines were controlled by personnel, who managed the unpacking and unloading processes. These semi-automatic machines have many drawbacks, such as requiring coordination among personnel to complete operations, high labor intensity, low efficiency, and a risk of personal injury and environmental pollution.
In recent years, various automatic unpacking machines have emerged, such as spiral crushers, multi-blade unpacking machines, and blade unpacking machines. These machines fix the unpacking mechanism around the outer edge of the conveyor belt. As bags move forward on the conveyor, the unpacking mechanism opens them, followed by the separation of the bags. However, these machines can only unpack bags of fixed sizes and are not suitable for handling different bag sizes. During cutting, the relative motion between the bag and the conveyor belt occurs due to the force exerted.
Automatic Unboxing Machine
The newly introduced automatic unpacking machine features an adjustable pitch chain drive component, enabling the conveyance of bags of various sizes. The bag pressing mechanism secures the bags onto the chain, preventing damage during cutting. In the event of displacement, the unpacking mechanism slices open the bottom of the bag, allowing the materials to fall into the collection machine under gravity. Additionally, the empty bag compressor compresses the collected empty bags. Moreover, the spikes on the chain of the fully automatic unpacking machine ensure smoother bag conveyance; the front conveying mechanism can be connected to different drive mechanisms without manual intervention to move the bags to the elevated conveying system. Therefore, the automatic unpacking machine is more ergonomically designed, offering high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, easy installation, and simple operation, making it suitable for unpacking bags of various specifications.
The conveying mechanism in front of the automatic unpacking machine is set at the front end of the automatic bag unscrambler. It features either a straight transmission stroke or an inclined transmission stroke, which conveys the bags to be transported from low to high, delivering them to the input end of the conveying mechanism. The conveyor belt 2 is driven by the conveyor motor 4, with the leading plate 3 located on both sides of the conveyor belt 2. The width of the leading plate 3 can be adjusted to accommodate different types of material bags.
The unloading mechanism includes a material collector and a bag compressor. The material collector is positioned below the conveying system, designed to collect materials from the material bags. As the bags are cut by high-speed rotating blades, the contents inside are gravity-fed into the collector. The collector is trumpet-shaped, with the top opening larger than the bottom, allowing the unpacking machine to ensure all materials fall into the collector. The lower end of the collector can be connected to a material conveying system, directly transporting materials to the production unit, or connected to a large-scale material collection unit.
As the automatic unpacking machine's material bag is placed on the conveyor belt of the front feeding mechanism, the bag rises with the incline of the conveyor belt. The material bag is transported from the conveyor belt to the power roller mechanism via two chains. Long spikes on the chains pierce the bag, conveying it to the bottom of the bag pressing mechanism. The bag pressing wheel is pushed upwards by the material bag, while simultaneously applying downward force to securely lock the bag onto the chain. The chain continues to move forward, and the high-speed rotating blade cuts the bag open. The filled bag is cut by the blade, and the contents inside fall and are collected in the material collector. The empty bag continues to advance, the chain rotates downwards, and the empty bag falls off the chain under gravity, into the empty bag compressor, compressing and collecting the empty bags to form a compact collection package. Thus, the automatic unpacking machine achieves complete separation of the material bag from the contents.
