(Gas/Oil) Molten Salt Boilers, fueled by gas, oil, or ethanol, utilize molten salt as the heat transfer medium. They serve as a high-temperature heat source suitable for various environments below 580°C, widely used in industries requiring high-temperature heating or drying. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, precise temperature control, and high thermal energy utilization. Optional steam generators are also available, producing saturated steam below 1.3MPA for customer use.

【Structural Features】

Utilizes a wet-back reciprocating two-cycle engine structure, offering compact design and high thermal efficiency.
Operated under micro-positive pressure, it effectively enhances the combustion intensity within the furnace, allowing the same capacity boiler to be smaller in size. At the same time, it eliminates air leakage in the boiler furnace and flue, thereby improving the boiler's thermal efficiency.
Utilizing advanced EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, optimally utilizing flame and flue gas heat exchange to ensure reliable boiler operation and adequate cooling, thereby enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.
Utilizing high-efficiency condensation technology, the exhaust temperature is effectively reduced, enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.
With rational structural design and excellent fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials, the external temperature of the furnace is significantly reduced, making it lower than 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), reducing heat loss, and improving the boiler's thermal efficiency.
Featuring a new design that reduces harmful emissions during fuel combustion, it meets national environmental protection standards, particularly in lowering nitrogen oxide emissions, complying with the country's low nitrogen oxide emission standards.
Utilizing imported burners from multiple internationally renowned brands, suitable for various application scenarios, ensuring quality and safety.
 

Electrical Control System

Utilize automation controllers such as Siemens PLCs as the core control systems.
Utilize components from internationally renowned brands to achieve high-quality fully automatic control systems.
Real-time collection of import and export parameters such as temperature and pressure, with real-time centralized display in the control cabinet.
Through PID and other closed-loop control systems, ensure the boiler operates stably under various parameters set by the user.
Monitor the scope of data from each group, alert or alarm for various anomalies, for easy user operation and maintenance.
The control module boasts robust expandability, allowing for convenient implementation of various deep applications such as group control and remote control, tailored to customer needs.
【Standard of Execution】

1. Designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and accepted in strict accordance with national and industry standards for boilers, which include but are not limited to the following standards: GB/T16507 "Water Tube Boilers", TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers", GB/T17410 "Organic Heat Carrier Boilers", GB50273 "Construction and Acceptance Code for Boiler Installation Engineering."

2. The primary steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring the safety and reliability of the boiler.

3. Welding materials are selected according to NB/T47018, and the boiler tubes are焊接 using argon gas protected full penetration welding. The welds are subjected to X-ray inspection and testing in accordance with NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment." After the total assembly of the boiler is completed, all tube sections undergo hydrostatic testing to ensure that the welding quality of each boiler meets the standard.
