According to the vulcanization requirements, compressed air or steam is introduced into the vulcanizing pot. When using hot air vulcanization, the compressed air is heated by heater 13 and circulated within the pot by blower 14 to ensure uniform temperature throughout. The entire weight of the vulcanizing pot, vulcanizing trolley, and products is supported by base 10. Various pipe fittings and valves are installed on pot 11, along with temperature and pressure measurement holes to check the temperature and pressure of various vulcanization media, ensuring the normal operation of the vulcanizing pot.
