2. Improve the temperature of the diesel engine coolant. A higher water temperature allows for better combustion of the diesel, reducing engine oil viscosity, decreasing frictional resistance, and achieving fuel-saving effects.

3. Maintain the fuel supply angle. Any deviation in the fuel supply angle can lead to late fuel injection and significantly increased fuel consumption.

4. Ensure the machine does not leak oil. The diesel engine's fuel line often has issues due to uneven joint surfaces, deformed or damaged gaskets, or gaps. The solution is to coat the gasket with valve paint, flatten it on a glass plate, and align the fuel line接头. Add a diesel recovery installation, using a plastic tube to connect the return line from the nozzle to a hollow screw, allowing the return oil to flow into the fuel tank.

5. Purify the oil before use. More than half of the issues with diesel engines stem from the fuel supply system. The solution is to let the purchased diesel settle for 2-4 days before use, which can remove 98% of impurities. If immediate use is necessary, place two layers of cheesecloth or toilet paper over the fuel tank's filter screen.

6. Modify "Big Horse on a Small Cart" by appropriately increasing the diesel engine pulley size. This will enhance the pump speed during the engine's reduced-speed operation, thereby increasing flow rate and head, achieving energy-saving objectives.

Section II: Generator Storage Precautions

Drain the engine oil from the oil pan and refill with clean oil.

2. Run the diesel engine at 500~800 rpm for 15 minutes, then stop and drain the engine oil.

3. Add Prot, 30/M motor oil to the oil pan until the oil level reaches the marking on the dipstick. If Prot, 30/M motor oil is not available, use MIL-2160B2 oil instead.

4. Drain all fuel from the fuel filter and the fuel supply lines, then connect the inlet pipe to the fuel tank containing CFB oil.

Run the diesel engine at 500~800 rpm for 15 minutes, then inject 60g of Prot, 30/M engine oil into the intake manifold using a syringe.

6. Drain Prot and 30W/40 engine oil during the heating process. This oil can be reused 2 to 3 times. Loosen the drive belt.

7. Remove the fuel intake pipe from the fuel tank and connect it to the fuel cell.

Seal exhaust pipes, intake ports, respirator openings, etc., with tape.

9. Hang the "No Oil in Engine" label on the engine.
