Introduction to the System Control of a Well Annealing Furnace

The equipment consists of an electric furnace body, furnace lining, furnace cover, heating elements, and temperature control cabinet. The furnace body frame is made by welding steel sections and plates together, featuring a 10# welding frame at the bottom, a 6mm steel plate for the base, 3mm steel plate for the shell, and 14mm steel plate for the panel. The sand trough is made of 8mm steel plate. The furnace lining is made of high-temperature-resistant silica-alumina fiber wool, formed into modules that match the furnace type through flat and layered methods, and secured to the furnace shell with stainless steel round bars. The bottom of the furnace uses perlite insulation bricks and standard refractory clay bricks to form an insulation layer, with heavy-duty high-alumina bricks used for the load-bearing section. The furnace cover is焊接 from steel sections in a circular shape, with all the middle section using refractory silica-alumina fiber mats for effective insulation and sealing. The lift and lower mechanism of the furnace cover is manual. The heating elements are made of 0Cr25AL5 alloy resistance strips (produced by Shougang), shaped into waves and suspended on the furnace lining wool, with high-alumina ceramic pins for positioning. The furnace pot is made of stainless steel plates welded together. The electric heating elements inside the furnace are arranged rationally to ensure uniformity of the furnace temperature within ±10°C. The entire electric furnace is divided into one temperature zone for separate temperature control, while ensuring that the heating in each zone follows the same process curve. This furnace uses temperature control thermocouples and intelligent digital temperature control instruments for temperature control, which can control the temperature based on settings and display both theoretical and actual values. The temperature control system should also have a high-temperature alarm with both sound and light signals.
