Function Brief

Objective: Experience the power and danger of the press machine, and the usage of safety light grids. Learn double-button start and emergency stop operations.

Process Design

1. Place the experience equipment in a designated area with an AC220V power outlet and a reserved space for 0.5-0.8Mpa compressed air, plug in the power and securely connect the gas source.

2. When ready for the experience, turn the device's toggle switch on. The power indicator light will illuminate, and the device will be powered on. Wait for the device to initialize.

3. Place the prepared experience props on the experience workbench.

4. Simultaneously press the start buttons on both left and right sides, causing the pressure machine's press block to rapidly descend, exerting downward destructive force on the tool. Experience the hazards of the pressure machine's stamping process and learn about relevant safety knowledge.

5. After the experience is complete, turn off the power to finish one person's session.
