The Corundum aeration blowers are an economical and effective treatment method for wastewater biological treatment. Many factors contribute to enhancing the biological treatment efficiency, with one of the key factors being the presence of sufficient dissolved oxygen in the water. This allows the oxygen from the air to be evenly dispersed into the water through the micro-porous ceramic aeration blowers, as the bubbles are extremely fine. Compared to traditional aeration equipment, this results in a 5-fold increase in efficiency and a 3-fold reduction in operating energy consumption. Not only do they possess high-efficiency and low-energy consumption technical performance, but they also offer advantages such as corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life, making them one of the ideal oxygenation equipment options.
The new generation of Corundum aeration blowers aims to improve upon the existing product, featuring not only high efficiency and low energy consumption but also reliable operation without clogging, low resistance, high aeration capacity, and excellent mixing properties. Practical applications have shown that in the blowing system, there is no need for air dust removal equipment, and they are widely used in buried sewage treatment facilities, with impressive results.
The Corundum Aerator is divided into semi-corundum aerators and full-corundum aerators. The characteristic of the semi-corundum microporous ceramic aerator is that it merges the corundum aerator cap with the ABS base, creating an integrated corundum aerator head. This solves the issue of leakage between the ABS plate and the corundum cap in the BG-II aerator head after prolonged use.
The design and installation of the full corundum microporous aeration blower should pay attention to pressure balance, form a loop network, and each intake branch should be equipped with a gate valve for easy adjustment of the gas volume. The air pipeline design flow rate: the pipeline is 10-15 m/s; the vertical pipe is 5 m/s; the surface distance of the aeration pipe from the bottom of the pool is 200mm.
The Corundum Aerator, primarily made from brown corundum, is a plate or bell-shaped eco-friendly and energy-saving aeration and oxygenation equipment, formed through pressing, molding, and high-temperature sintering. It can be used in various applications, such as the biochemical treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater, aquaculture, and urban sewage treatment.
