The CNC machining center should be placed in a temperature-controlled environment, avoiding direct sunlight and its heat radiation, as well as moisture and air flow.

●Extreme low temperatures or instability can lead to reduced lifespan of control system components and an increase in malfunctions.

To enhance the precision of machined parts and minimize machine tool deformation, if feasible, install the CNC machining center in a relatively sealed workshop equipped with air conditioning.

The relative humidity in the work environment should be less than 75%. Increased humidity leads to more dust, which can cause bonding on integrated circuit boards and lead to short circuits. Therefore, during rainy or snowy weather, it is especially important to pay attention to the work environment and strive to keep it dry.

The CNC machining center should be installed in a location away from liquid splashes and prevent leaks in the workshop. It should also be situated away from environments with excessive dust and corrosive gases, as well as from equipment with significant vibrations (such as press brakes) and electrical hazards.

Magnetic interference equipment.

High precision and automation levels are required for CNC machining centers, demanding strict specifications for the viscosity, antioxidant properties (service life), and cleanliness of the lubricating oil.

Ensure the normal operation of the cutting oil pump; the machining center must undergo preheating.

Ensure the fluidity of the machining center cutting oil is crucial to prevent condensation due to low temperatures in the machining center, which can lead to an inadequate supply system and insufficient cooling, resulting in rapid wear.

●After hours, if the shop workers cannot ensure that the cutting oil does not condense in the environment, the only solution is to dispose of the cutting oil properly. This includes removing the cutting oil from the main shaft and machine table to prevent blockages or ruptures due to condensation.

●If the cutting oil was removed from the reservoir in the past*, remember to refill it into the reservoir within * days. Ensure the machine operates at low speed to effectively maintain the normal cooling of the cutting oil.
