Performance and Applications

1. Widely used in the dyeing industry, serving as a leveling agent for direct,还原, acid, disperse, and cationic dyes. It can also be used as a dispersant and desizing agent. Typically used at a rate of 0.2-1g/L, it delivers significant results, enhancing color fastness and providing bright, even coloration. It also removes dirt that dye particles may cling to fabric, improves the cleaning power of ABS-Na synthetic detergents, and reduces the fabric's electrostatic effect.

2. As a cleaner in metal processing, it's especially effective at removing surface oil, facilitating subsequent工序 processing. It can also act as a solvent (brightener).

3. As an emulsifier in the glass fiber industry, it produces a fine and uniform lubricating oil emulsion, reducing the breakage rate of glass fibers, and eliminating the occurrence of felting.

4. In general industry, serves as an o/w emulsifier with excellent emulsifying properties for animal, plant, and mineral oils, forming stable emulsions. For example, it is used as a component in the spinning oils for polyester and other synthetic fibers; as an emulsifier in latex and oil drilling fluids; this product has unique emulsifying properties for stearic acid, paraffin, mineral oil, etc.; and serves as an emulsifier for the polymerization of high molecular weight emulsions.

5. In agriculture, used as a seed-soaking penetrant to enhance the penetration ability of pesticides and improve seed germination rate.
