       本机组主要由动态提取罐、蒸发浓缩器及工艺管道等组成，集动态热回流提取、真空浓缩、溶剂回收为一体，并能在密闭状态下连续而同步地进行提取与浓缩，浓缩时产生的溶剂蒸汽，经冷凝后回流到提取確，适用于中药、生物、食品、轻工等行业水和有机溶剂的常温及60℃左右的低温提取，具有投资少、效率高等优点。

       This machine unit is mainly composed by dynamic extraction tank, evaporation concentrator and process pipes. It combines dynamic reflow extraction, vacuum concentration and solvent recycling as a whole which is capable to perform extraction and concentration continuously at the same time under closed status. The solvent steam produced during concentration will flow back to extraction tank after condensation. It is applicable for extraction of water and organic solvent under room temperature and at about 60℃ in traditional Chinese medicine industry, biological industry, food industry and light industry, etc. It enjoys advantages as low investment, high efficiency and energy-saving.
