Ceramic fiber felt, made from ceramic fiber cotton and formed using vacuum molding technology, is a lightweight and flexible refractory insulation material composed of high-purity refractory oxides and organic binders. This product boasts excellent strength and elasticity, making it a versatile option. It is suitable for lining and backing in various furnace and boiler walls, as well as high-temperature gaskets. When used as a gasket, it exhibits excellent resistance to molten metal penetration. It is applicable for sealing steel ingot bottom plates, plug rod cores, and aluminum billet casting gaskets.
