ECM epoxy repair mortar (epoxy resin mortar) is a high-strength, high-adhesive solid formed by a mixture of epoxy resin as the main agent, along with accelerators and a series of other additives, after blending and curing.

Product Features

(1) Features excellent moisture resistance, frost resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance, and mild acid corrosion resistance, with strong adhesion to a variety of materials.

(2) The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, making it unsuitable to be peeled off from these bonded substrates, and it has good durability.

(3) Can be applied to moist substrates, no need for drying, and can cure in a humid environment.

Application Scope

(1) Suitable for defect treatment on concrete structures, such as honeycombing, voids, exposed steel reinforcement, and stair treads.

(2) Underlay leveling is performed during steel plate reinforcement and carbon fiber reinforcement.

(3) Suitable for repair of airport runways, power plants, highways, bridges, tunnels, mines, and all concrete structures.

Usage Instructions

After thoroughly mixing Materials A and B, slowly pour them into the drum and mix well. Then, while stirring, gradually add the powdered material to the drum, until it forms a uniform mortar consistency. If the mixture is too thick or difficult to blend evenly, you may add up to 2kg of clean water to the package for stirring, which will not affect the performance of the product.
