Good thermal insulation and light transmission, wind, snow, and cold resistance, even light distribution

Arched multi-span intelligent greenhouses commonly feature spans of 8 meters. The main steel structure of the greenhouse is made of hot-dipped galvanized pipes and profiles; the roof and sides are covered with multi-span greenhouse PO film, or 8mm thick polycarbonate (PC) panels. They offer high light transmission and excellent thermal insulation. The greenhouse is equipped with an external shading system, internal shading system, fan wet curtain cooling system, drainage system, dew collection system, mobile seedling beds, and electrical control system. The greenhouse control system is centralized with manual electric operation. The foundation around the greenhouse is in the form of strips, while the interior is in the form of independent point foundations. Such greenhouses are suitable for planting flowers/vegetables and dwarf fruit trees; they can also serve as seedling-type greenhouses for cultivating flowers, vegetables, and trees; they can be used as ornamental greenhouses for ecological restaurants, market displays, sightseeing, scientific research, etc.; and they can also be used for aquaculture and animal husbandry.

Features:

1. Greenhouses are constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and profiles, offering both aesthetics and durability with a long service life.

2. Greenhouse construction is cost-effective, featuring film or PC panels for roofing and sides, which are lightweight and offer high transparency.

3. Large-span design with ample interior space, high land utilization, and ease of manual and mechanical operation.

4. For large-scale interconnected buildings, internal drainage can be added to ensure adequate drainage capacity.

5. Greenhouse arch frames are designed with a reasonable rise-to-span ratio, saving materials, offering high load-bearing capacity, and the arch shape facilitates the sliding of rain and snow.
