The working principle of the main structure of the PP Filler Absorption Tower:
The air purifier is primarily composed of the housing, inlet, adsorption section, and outlet. Acidic waste gases enter the housing through the inlet, then pass through the adsorption section where they are purified. The purified air is then discharged into the atmosphere by the fan.
The adsorbent is non-toxic, leaves no secondary pollution upon disposal, is suitable for various environmental humidity levels, has excellent moisture resistance, and is more cost-effective in terms of cost and operating expenses compared to other methods.
The PP filler absorption tower can be applied in various industries with different technical conditions such as the types, concentrations, and temperatures of the gases absorbed, as well as the types of products recovered by the tower. Therefore, this series of equipment should be designed and selected according to actual conditions, providing users with customized absorption towers that are practical and cost-effective.
PP Filler Absorption Tower Usage Precautions:
1. If a pH control device is not installed, acid and alkali concentrations must be checked and adjusted as needed on a regular schedule.
2. This equipment is recommended to be installed indoors (in northern regions) to prevent the extreme cold of winter from affecting the equipment and the absorbent liquid, or appropriate humidity control measures should be taken. In southern regions, the equipment can be installed outdoors.
3. The equipment should be installed on a corrosion-resistant foundation elevated 100mm above ground level; a separate corrosion-resistant foundation is required for the acid-resistant pump.
4. Regularly inspect the nozzles and fillers for blockages, and promptly clean them when issues arise.
Purification Process:
Absorption:
The organic waste gas is filtered to remove solid particles and then enters the吸附罐 from top to bottom. The organic matter is collected, adsorbed, and concentrated by the activated carbon. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere from the bottom of the tank via the main fan.
2. Condensation Purification:
To ensure the purity of condensate water and prevent organic solvents from entering the water bodies, compressed air is introduced into the water after separation within the separator, allowing for the complete release of organic solvents from the water. The air containing organic matter, expelled by the compressed air, is returned to the exhaust gas system for reabsorption. The purified condensate water is then discharged into the sewage system.
3. Continuous Adsorption Measures:
In continuous production facilities with PP filler absorption towers, the adsorption system must also operate continuously. In the design of the exhaust gas purification system, the dual-tower series can be selected for alternating and continuous use of adsorption and regeneration.
