The most commonly used purification method in acid mist purification towers for waste gas treatment equipment is the liquid absorption method, which boasts high purification efficiency, wide applicability, and low energy consumption. It is particularly suitable for water-soluble dust gases with simple operation and management. But why must it be installed at the same level? Let's explore this further below.
The acid mist gas purification tower is a dust collector that allows for a thorough washing action between dusty gas and water. However, the gas is pressed into or吸入 into the inlet section by a centrifugal blower, then flows upwards, reaching the filter material layer. Upon contact with the neutralizing solution sprayed from the nozzle, a reaction occurs. The absorbed exhaust gas then continues to flow upwards to the second filter material layer, where it encounters and reacts with the neutralizing solution sprayed from the nozzle once more. Afterward, it passes through the swirl plate and is discharged into the atmosphere via the wind cap and exhaust pipe or fan.
The waste gas purification tower is composed of three parts: storage,进气 (inlet), spray, dehydration, and exhaust. Acid-resistant pumps need to be installed at the connections between the outer side and the inlet and outlet pipes of the tower, with plastic balls placed inside the spray section. The tower body is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic, making it significantly taller than typical waste gas treatment equipment. Typically, there are two or more filter layers inside the tower. Therefore, during installation, the equipment must be kept at the same level, and the base feet must be securely fastened to the steel plate. This is to prevent slight vibrations generated during the operation of the waste gas treatment equipment, ensuring the tower's safety.
