Product Description:
PP Centrifugal Blower Series, currently the corrosion-resistant ventilation equipment in industrial production centers, boasts excellent properties such as high strength, strong corrosion resistance, stable operation, and low noise. Through years of meticulous design and continuous improvement by our technical team, the performance and quality have been increasingly refined, widely replacing other corrosion-resistant material blowers. Our company produces two types of blowers: the standard PP4-72 model and the high-pressure PP9-28 model.
The PP9-28 High Pressure Corrosion-Resistant Blower features special properties such as zero leakage, high strength, smooth operation, low energy consumption, large conveying capacity, high pressure, and strong corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure conveying of strongly corrosive gases in the chemical fertilizer industry. The product has been widely recommended by various professional design institutes and applied in the exhaust gas conveying section of sulfur-based NPK compound fertilizer projects, receiving unanimous praise from customers.
Cautionary Notes:
1. Operating temperature ≤ 80°C, dust content in gas < 100mg/m³, no adhesive substances or foreign particles such as grains allowed in the conveying gas.
2. The fans are all made of pure polypropylene and should be handled with care during transportation and installation, ensuring they are lifted and mounted gently. Hard object collisions with the casing are strictly prohibited.
3. Upon completion of installation, promptly clear tools and debris from within the casing. Meanwhile, manually rotate the impeller to check for any collision at various parts. In case of any abnormality, repair it promptly.
4. Power on and close the intake valve. Once the fan is running, gradually open the valve until it reaches the specified operating condition. Pay attention to the motor current; if it is within the normal range, the equipment can operate long-term.
Ordering Information:
1. When placing an order, please specify the fan model, speed, airflow and wind pressure, outlet angle, and rotation direction, as well as motor specifications.
2. If not specified during ordering, the standard factory setting for the air outlet angle is 90° clockwise.
3. Special specifications, such as stainless steel fans, can be designed and manufactured on behalf of customers.
