Product Description:

The HNT type heat pipe waste heat boiler reduces the smoke temperature from the steelmaking electric furnace's four holes from 800℃ (1000℃ higher) to below 180℃. The saturated steam is produced for the land VD furnace vacuum degassing refining furnace or enters the enterprise steam network.

The equipment operates stably, resolving issues such as the erosion of the equipment by flue gas, accumulation of dust on the heat exchange surface and inside the equipment, and also addressing the problem of flue gas overheating in the bag filter bags.
