The gap around the electronic weighbridge platform must be free of any foreign objects, allowing for smooth movement. If any foreign objects are caught, they must be thoroughly cleared away.

2. Regularly clean the weighing platform surface to maintain cleanliness (suggestion: repaint the weighing platform surface annually)

3. Maintenance for connectors should be performed every six months; after cleaning the bearing head, apply lubricating oil.

4. No welding operations are permitted on the platform of the electronic weighbridge, nor should it be used as an earth wire.

5. The limit gap for sensors and weighing platforms is 2-3mm; if the gap is not suitable, it must be adjusted.

6. Pits should not accumulate water; in case of waterlogging due to heavy rain or other reasons, the water should be immediately pumped out or the drainage channels cleared, and after taking drying measures, the instruments may be powered on.

7. Weighbridge Vehicles *The speed must not exceed 5 km/h, and it is prohibited to make abrupt and emergency stops on the weighing platform.

8. The total weight of the vehicle and cargo should not exceed the rated capacity.
