Preparation Before the Machine Starts

Check for dust and debris around the equipment and clear them away.

Please apply the film rolls according to the production notification.

Power on and set the heat sealing blade temperature according to the process document requirements.

Select patterns with significant color differences and adjust the light eye sensitivity on both sides of the pattern edge to meet the required standard.
