The base of the enclosure is constructed with M10 cement mortar and MU10 shale bricks, forming a 0.5*0.5 foundation to enhance the wind stability of the enclosure. The PVC enclosure is set at a height of 2.5 meters and a width of 3 meters per panel. The construction enclosure is treated for beautification, including the spraying of the company name, safety, quality, and civil construction slogans, as well as commercial advertisements for the development project. Posting or writing any type of trash advertisements is strictly prohibited.

The construction of the hoarding is complete, with smooth connections between panels, ensuring straight lines are maintained; no gaps should be left between panels, meaning no onlookers outside can see the construction inside. Red lights or safety reflective cones placed at intervals along the hoarding are used for night-time warnings.
