After each task is completed, these projects should be cleaned and maintained.
① Clean the inside and outside of the mixing tank walls, remove concrete residue from the discharge port, mixing shaft, and discharge door, and rinse these areas clean with water. Wash the vehicle, additive box, and its supply system with water.
During the freezing season, upon completion of work, all pumps, additive pumps, water tanks, and additive tanks should be drained, as well as any remaining water and additives in the water and additive pipelines, to prevent damage to the pumps and their piping. Additionally, run the additive pump of the water pump for 1-2 minutes to ensure proper operation.
2. Weekly Maintenance Inspections:

② Lubrication must be performed at all lubrication points.
Jian'an Zhongyuan Mixing Station Reminds: All lubrication points are located at the mixer discharge door shaft, storage hoppers and weighing hopper door shafts, conveyor belts, machine support wheels, pressure wheels, drums, bearings, drive chains, spiral shafts, upper and lower bearings at both ends, and the main machine's large gear, etc.
Inspect blade, scraper, agitator arm wear, adjust gaps or replace as necessary.
④ Inspect for any loosening on the vibration tool's connecting bolts.
Inspect the quality of lubricating oil in the compressor crankcase. Replace if necessary.
⑥ Inspect the contactors in electrical equipment, as well as the static and dynamic contacts of the intermediate relays for damage and burning.
3. Regular Maintenance Inspections
Inspect the sealing gap of the unloading door. Adjust it when the gap is too large; the sealing gap is generally around 2mm.
Check for lubricant deterioration in the reducer or if it falls below the specified requirements; add or replace as necessary.
Inspect the condition of large gear磨合 wear and damage.
④ Conduct inspections of the water supply and additive systems, ensuring no leaks are present.
⑤Supplementary components, such as electric motors, gear reducers, cylinders, vibrators, and air filters, should be maintained and repaired according to standard procedures and the manufacturer's instructions.
⑥ Mix stations should be serviced every six months, inspecting the reliability of all bolted connections. A major overhaul is typically required after around 4,000 working hours.
