Pallet Stacking
Hard rectangular goods such as wooden, paper, and metal containers are stacked in single or multiple layers with interlocking patterns, wrapped with stretch or shrink film.
2. Paper or fiber-based goods are stacked in single or multi-layers, sealed with binding straps in a cross pattern.
3. Sealed metal containers and other cylindrical cargo are stacked single or multi-layered, with wooden lids reinforced.
4. Paper products and textile goods requiring moisture and water resistance should be stacked in a single or multi-layer crisscross pattern, with additional corner supports for stretch or shrink film packaging, and reinforced structures such as cover boards.
5. Single or multi-layer stacking of fragile goods requires the addition of wooden support partitions.
6. Metal cylindrical containers or goods are stacked vertically in a single layer, with added frames and lashing structures for reinforcement.
7. Multi-layered bags are compactly stacked in an interlocked pattern.
