Low-pressure single-ended probes are commonly used for measuring pressures below 12 V ground-referenced high-speed signal. This low-voltage probe is an excellent choice for measuring high-impedance, high-frequency circuit components, where minimizing the probe's load on the circuit is crucial. Users should select probes with low input capacitance specifications (~1 pF) to minimize the probe's impact on the circuit as much as possible. Probes with lower input capacitance can provide higher input impedance at higher frequencies. Tektronix low-voltage single-ended probe solutions offer: bandwidth up to 4 GHz. Very high input impedance, very low input capacitance (<1 pF), comprehensive probe accessories, achieving excellent measurement performance.
