1. Ensure all safety devices and indicator gauges are in place. 2. Refill with sufficient fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant. 3. Before starting the oil pump, run the engine at low speed for a while. 4. Check that the wire ropes and connection points meet the specifications. 5. Verify that the hydraulic system is functioning normally. 6. Inspect tire pressure and ensure all connections are tight. 7. Adjust the support legs, making sure to extend and secure them in the correct sequence to keep the crane in a water-level position. Adjust the machine to ensure the tilt of the rotating bearing surface is no more than 1/1000 without load (bubble centered). 8. Thoroughly inspect the ground conditions at the work site. The ground must be able to support the crane horizontally and withstand the forces exerted on the legs. 9. Pay attention to the ground's firmness; if it's soft, use wood or soil blocks that can bear the weight under the legs. 10. The support legs should not be close to any ground-level obstructions. 11. Conduct a preliminary survey of underground utilities, place safety signs near the installations to draw attention. 12. Confirm the weight and center of gravity of the load being lifted to prevent overloading. 13. Based on the crane's lifting curve, determine the work platform radius and rated total lifting capacity, adjusting the boom length and angle for safe operation. 14. Confirm the lifting height, as there are specific regulations for the height the hook can be raised based on the crane model.
