2. Energy Storage Nail Welding. Energy storage nail welding utilizes AC to charge a large-capacity capacitor, which then discharges instantaneously between the nail and the base material, achieving the goal of melting the nail tip and the base material. Due to the limitation of the capacitor's discharge amount, it is generally used for welding small-diameter (≤12mm) nails.
