Jet Heater

The SQS series of water-steam mixers is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. It heats water by directly mixing steam with water, featuring low noise, no vibration, high heat exchange efficiency, and energy conservation. It is widely used in systems for domestic and industrial hot water, hot water heating, and thermal deoxygenation. The heater is mainly composed of parts such as nozzles, casings, screen plates, and gaskets. As the heated water passes through the nozzle, which is shaped like a Laval nozzle, steam is injected into the water through many oblique holes in the tube wall from the outside of the nozzle, where they mix instantly in high-speed flow to achieve the heating objective.
