Utilizing high-quality substrates, there is an increasing demand for surface finish, board shape, and dimensional accuracy. Outdoor applications include products like smooth hot-dipped galvanized steel coils with small zinc flowers, zinc-free smooth hot-dipped galvanized steel coils, and the emerging zinc alloy hot-dipped coils. Indoor uses include electro-galvanized steel coils, coated cold-rolled sheets, and aluminum coil sheets.
Enhanced pretreatment processes and solutions, featuring fewer equipment and lower costs, have become the mainstream. Continuous improvements are being made to the stability, corrosion resistance, and environmental performance of the pretreatment solutions.
Focusing on the development of new coatings, we have improved general polyester, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), and plastic sols to achieve superior color reproducibility, UV resistance, sulfur dioxide resistance, and enhanced corrosion resistance. We have also developed functional coatings with anti-pollution and heat-absorbing properties.
The equipment on board has been further improved, including the adoption of new welding machines, new roller coating machines, a refined curing oven, and the configuration of advanced automation instruments.
Due to the lower cost of cold-pressed flowers compared to heat-pressed ones, their aesthetic appeal, three-dimensional feel, and high strength make cold-pressed flower production technology a trending development.
