The large frame seat is on the asphalt road surface, without external hinges. It bears pressure from the sides and top of the frame, significantly reducing the load on the manhole. This effectively resolves issues of road settlement and damage, and by using a three-point spring arm locking device to secure the cover and frame, prevents the manhole cover from jumping and reduces noise.
